Hello Indivisibles,
Our preparations for the Hands Off rally on Saturday have been front and center. Rain or shine, we will stand together to defend our democracy and send a powerful message that we are not backing down. This is a must-attend event for you and everyone you know! Earlier this week, the IMCPANF Field Guide was emailed and posted earlier this week– this document provides ALL of the logistical information for the event (bus rider information, meeting locations, safety measures, etc.). If you did not receive it, please reply to this email asking for the file.
After marching, be sure to join us on Sunday for the family-friendly event, No Hate Here (see events below) planned by our very own Civil Right focus group. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with the community and give back to some of our partners!

Fetterman and McCormick are missing in action. Has anyone seen them?! Indivisible leaders are planning an absentee town hall on April 23rd to hold our elected officials accountable. SATURDAY, 4/5, 12-3pm: Philadelphia. Hands Off! National Day of Action Rally and March. Join us and The 50501 Movement to rally and march to show that we are fired up and ready to resist the Trump/Musk agenda- in the city where it all started. Whether you're outraged by skyrocketing healthcare costs, job cuts, attacks on privacy, or the gutting of essential services—this moment is for you. Whether you've been in the fight for years or you're just fed up and ready to take action -- this moment is for you. On April 5, national and local organizations are coming together across the country to organize for Hands Off!, a national mass activation in defiance of the Trump-Musk billionaire takeover and the Republican assault on our freedoms and our communities. Hands Off! is an all-in moment for the pro-democracy, pro-worker movement—a demand, a warning, and a rallying cry.

This is a space for connection, creativity, resistance, and action. Whether you're coming to be inspired, to dance, to build with others, or to take direct action, your presence is part of the movement. Resistance is not just struggle—it’s also joy, community, and the power we create together.
WEDNESDAY, 4/23, 6:30-8:30pm: Lansdale. Join us for the “Where’s Dave?” Absentee Town Hall for Dave McCormick. While we know that Dave will not attend, we are working on securing a lineup of dedicated officials who are willing to stand up for our democracy. IMCPANF To-Do List:
Get to a rally on Saturday, April 5th. If not Philly, find somewhere! Bring friends. If you cannot attend, be sure to share coverage on social media to make our presence known.
Indivisible National Calls to Action To-Do List:
Join an April 5 “Hands Off!” protest near you. We’ve got over 1,000 local protests against the Musk-Trump power grab scheduled in all 50 states this Saturday. Find an event near you, sign up, and show up to help demonstrate mass opposition to Trump’s authoritarian agenda. Remember – when we show up, that courage is contagious. Trump and Musk won’t immediately back down on April 6 as a result of our protests, but judges, journalists, law firms, universities, civil society institutions, elected officials and others under intense pressure from this administration will know they aren’t alone in this fight.
Call Your representative: Help block Republicans from disenfranchising millions of voters with their “Silencing Americans Act." This week, we expect the House to vote on H.R. 22 -- one of the biggest threats to voting rights we’ve seen in a generation. You may know this bill as the “SAVE Act” but we are calling it by a more accurate title -- the “Silencing Americans Act.” The bill requires voters to show proof of citizenship documents that match their current legal name -- something tens of millions of Americans simply don’t have. It’d cause massive challenges for married women and trans and nonbinary people who’ve changed their names, and disproportionately impact people of color. Visit our website for more information on this bill and Trump’s related Executive Order.
Hold the Trump administration accountable for its jaw-dropping national security meltdown over Signal. Following the real-time leaking of war plans to a journalist over Signal, far too many members of Congress -- including Democrats -- are continuing on with business as usual. Hours after the story broke, a considerable number of Senate Democrats helped confirm another one of Trump’s nominees! Instead of enabling an administration that’s endangering us all, Dems need to fight back. Check out our explainer for more info on the scandal and ways you can push Congress to respond.
Thanks for your great efforts. Keep up the great work, and be safe!
Cait, Dean, Karen, and Kelly
